PETER RUSCHMEIER is Senior Vice President and Senior Equity Analyst at
Lehman Brothers, covering Paper and Forest Products. He was previously
associated with DLJ, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Kidder Peabody and Andersen
Consulting. Mr. Ruschmeier is a President of the New York Splinter Group
(Sell-Side Industry Group). He received a BA in Economics from Brown

MARK WILDE, Managing Director, is Deutsche Bank's senior analyst
covering the paper and forest products sector. He has been regularly
recognized as one of the best stock pickers in the sector and was the
number one sector analyst in The Wall Street Journal's Best on the
Street survey for 2000. Mr. Wilde is a repeat member of Institutional
Investor's All-America Research Team, placing number two in 2002. He
and his team are also currently ranked number two in the Greenwich
Survey. At Deutsche Bank, Mr. Wilde oversees global research on this
sector. He held the same role at Bankers Trust (a predecessor firm), but
also served as Director of U.S. Equity Research for two years and was a
partner at Bankers Trust. Prior to joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Wilde
was employed as a Senior Economist by Wharton Econometrics (WEFA Group)
in Philadelphia. He graduated summa cum laude with departmental honors
from Alma College and earned a Doctorate in Economic History from the
