MARC SHAPIRO is a Senior Equity Research Analyst with Awad Asset
Management. He joined the firm in January1999. Prior to that, he was an
Equity Analyst with Schroeder & Co. from 1997 through 1998. From 1996
through 1997, he was an Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager with
Individual Investor Group. From 1995 through 1996, he was a Fixed Income

JAMES D. AWAD is Chairman of Awad Asset Management, an investment
advisory firm. He has been in the securities industry for approximately
thirty-five years, as a portfolio manager and senior investment officer.
Awad Asset Management now manages approximately $1.4 billion in assets
for individuals and institutions. Mr. Awad received a BS from Washington
& Lee University and a MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of
Business. He is a frequent speaker to the investment community. Mr. Awad
is a frequent guest speaker on cable's CNBC, CNN, Fox Satellite, CNNFN
and Bloomberg Financial News, Reuters and BBC. He is a member of the
Economic Club of New York and serves on the Board of One East End Avenue

Awad is a retired member of the Dean's Council at the John F. Kennedy
School of Government at Harvard University and a past Deacon and member
of the Investment Committee at Brick Church. He is retired from the
Boards of Seeds of Peace, the Abraham Fund, the Spence School in New

GARY D. STEINER is a Senior Equity Research Analyst with Awad Asset
Management. He joined the firm in September 2000. From November 1996
through May 2000, Mr. Steiner was a Vice President with Prudential
Investments analyzing small and mid-cap equities. He worked from May
1995 through November 1996 as an Analyst for Furman Selz Capital
Management, Inc. From August 1992 to May 1995, Mr. Steiner was a
research Associate with Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. Prior to that, he
