LEWIS B. KILBOURNE is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of The viaLink Company. He has served as a Director of viaLink since
December 1997. In October 1998, he took the position of Chief Executive
Officer. In November 1999, he was elected Chairman of the Board. Dr.
Kilbourne has 20 years of executive financial experience in the retail,
restaurant, and banking business. Dr. Kilbourne was formerly with
Oklahoma City University where he was a Professor of Finance and
Economics for three years. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of
Sonic Corporation of Oklahoma City. He has also held executive financial
positions with Popeye's, Church's Fried Chicken, Brock Hotels, Showbiz
Pizza, National Convenience Stores and First City National Bank of
Houston. Dr. Kilbourne has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana
State University and a Master of Arts and a Doctorate from the
University of Pennsylvania. He is the President of the Oklahoma Chapter
of the Financial Executives Institute, Chair-Elect of the Central
Oklahoma Chapter of the American Red Cross, and is active in several
