James C. Fletcher, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager and a Senior Research Analyst at Kayne Anderson Rudnick with primary research responsibilities for the Emerging Markets Small Cap Portfolio. Before joining Kayne Anderson Rudnick in 2013, Mr. Fletcher worked at Westwood Global Investments as a Senior Research Analyst and, before that, at Nightwatch Capital as a Research Analyst. He has approximately 11 years of equity research experience. Mr. Fletcher earned a B.S. in finance from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with university honors and summa cum laude.
