Salvatore Rincione

Salvatore Rincione, also known as Sal, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UFood Restaurant Group, Inc. Mr. Rincione has over 18 years’ experience in franchising and multiunit restaurant operations. In addition, Mr. Rincione has overseen new concept development, store design, construction management and real estate selection. Mr. Rincione’s previous position was the Vice President of Operations, and ultimately, the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Red Mango USA. Mr. Rincione was responsible for the development of 300-plus Red Mango locations within North and South America to include Puerto Rico and Mexico in a seven-year span.
