James M. Meyer, CFA, is Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Tower Bridge Advisors. He is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and oversees the security selection process for client portfolios. He also serves as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Tower Bridge, Mr. Meyer was a Senior Vice President and Director of Janney Montgomery Scott, where he was employed from 1973 until August 2001. In addition to his responsibilities as Head of Research, he chaired the Investment Policy Committee. Mr. Meyer is a past President and Director of the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia. He has served as a member of AIMR’s Financial Accounting Policy Committee and on various task forces of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Mr. Meyer received a degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.
