Sameer Gokhale, CPA, is a Managing Director of consumer finance/regional banks at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. Mr. Gokhale has covered companies in the two sectors since 2001, first at Bear Stearns and then at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. In 2015 and 2014, Mr. Gokhale was ranked number one and number two respectively for stock picking in the consumer finance sector by StarMine. He was previously ranked number one, number two and number one for his stock selections in The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street surveys for 2012, 2011 and 2010, respectively. In 2009 and 2010, he received a top-five analyst ranking by Forbes. Mr. Gokhale also received awards for being a part of the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team in 2005 and 2006.
