RANDALL M. GRIFFIN is President and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate
Office Properties Trust. He oversees all real estate operations,
development and property management functions. From 1990-1993 he was
Vice President of Development for EuroDisney Development in Paris,
France, where he managed and directed all non-theme park development for
the 5,000-acre project. Mr. Griffin was formerly Executive Vice
President and Chief Operating Officer of the Linclay Corporation, a
Midwest-based real estate firm active in urban and suburban commercial
office, retail and industrial development, asset management and
investment. Mr. Griffin is Chairman of the Board of The National
Aquarium in Baltimore and is on the Board of Trustees of the Greater
Washington Initiative. He is also a member of the Maryland Economic
Development Commission, serves on its Executive Committee, and is Co-
Chair of its Strategic Planning Committee. He earned a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Business

TWST: Would you provide our readers with a brief overview of CorporateOffice Properties Trust?
Mr. Griffin: We are a suburban office REIT focused in the Mid-Atlantic.
We trade under the
