SEAN F. ORR is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. He comes to Interpublic from
Pepsico, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President and Controller. Prior
to that, he was with Frito-Lay Company (a subsidiary of Pepsico) where
he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 to
1997. He started his career with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1976 and became a
Partner in 1986. He joined Reader's Digest Association, Inc., in 1990 as
Vice President and Controller. Mr. Orr graduated summa cum laude from
