DENNIS LEIBOWITZ is a Securities Analyst covering the broadcasting,
cable television, wireless and satellite industries. He was previously
associated with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Merrill Lynch. Mr.
Leibowitz received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School. He is a
past President of the Media & Entertainment Analysts Society of New
York, as well as of the Cable Television Analysts' Group. Mr. Leibowitz
belongs to the New York Society of Security Analysts and was honored by
DLJ with Super Achiever Award three times, placing him in the DLJ Hall
