RICHARD W. WINTERICH is a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer
of Mobility Electronics, Inc. He has a diversified financial background,
including five years of experience at Ernst and Young, five years of
experience in a high-tech, high-growth environment at Burr Brown and
Square D Corporation, and five years of experience working with two
companies of the Harbour Group, a leading LBO firm. Much of this time
was spent as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Winterich has a great deal
of experience with public companies, analysts, banking, initial public
offerings, overseas operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also
has experience as General Manager of AEC, Inc., a $100 million company,
and substantial operations experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts

CHARLES R. MOLLO is a founder of the Company and has been the Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its formation in May
1995, a director since September 1995 and its President between March
1997 and June 1998. From September 1992 to May 1995, Mr. Mollo was the
Director of the Wireless Telephone Products Division of Andrew
Corporation, a communications equipment, services and systems company.
From September 1986 to July 1992, Mr. Mollo was the Vice President of
Corporate Development of Alliance Telecommunications Corporation, a
wireless telecommunications company. Mr. Mollo has a BSEE from Manhattan
College, an MSEE from Newark College of Engineering and an MBA from the

Mr. Mollo: Mobility is a company that's about five years old. We're
focused today on providing leading-edge
