DOUGLAS A. GORDON is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst in
the Consumer Group at Banc of America Securities LLC covering hard line
retailers. He joined Banc of America Securities in 1991 assisting in the
coverage of PC software companies and in 1993, became an Associate
covering large format retailers. In 1994, Mr. Gordon was promoted to
Vice President and initiated an entertainment coverage list. In 1995, he
left the firm to join Hollywood Entertainment as a Senior Vice President
and was promoted to Senior Accounting and Financial Officer. Mr. Gordon
then rejoined Banc of America Securities in May 1998. He received his BS
in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Profile
