WILLIAM M. LANDERS is a Director covering the Latin American Internet
sector for Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group. Prior to joining
CSFB in 1999, he was the Director for Latin American Equity Research at
Lehman Brothers, where he was also responsible for equity research of
the Latin American Internet sector. In addition, Mr. Landers has covered
the Latin American food and beverage sector and was ranked third in the
food category in the 1998 Institutional Investor survey of Latin
American research analysts. Before joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Landers
was an Associate in Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.'s Emerging Markets
Investment Banking Group. He holds a BSBA in Finance and International
Management from Georgetown University, is a Chartered Financial Analyst,
