William Rosenberger

WILLIAM ROSENBERGER is President and CEO of Network Peripherals Inc. Mr.
Rosenberger has served in numerous senior management positions
throughout his 25 years of experience in the technology industry,
including President and CEO of NetAccess, Inc., Netronix, WFR
Associates, and Control Key Corporation. He was also a Senior Vice
President with Yankee Group, an internationally recognized technology
market research firm. Early in his career, Mr. Rosenberger held numerous
senior marketing management positions with Wang Laboratories in the
areas of data communications and networking.
