William H. Browne

WILLIAM H. BROWNE has been with Investment Adviser since 1978 and is a
member of the firm’s Management Committee. He is a Managing Director of
Tweedy, Browne Company LLC, and a general partner of TBK Partners, L.P.
and Vanderbilt Partners, L.P., both private investment partnerships. Mr.
Browne is an officer of Tweedy, Browne Fund Inc. He also serves as a
Director of Fairchild Aerospace Corp. and Dornier Lufthart GmbH.
Additionally, he is a Trustee of Colgate University. Mr. Browne holds
the degrees of B.A. from Colgate University and M.B.A. from Trinity
College in Dublin, Ireland.
