William F. Murnane

WILLIAM F. MURNANE, PresidentChief Operating Officer and Chief Executive
Officer, joined Innovex, Inc. in 1995 as Vice President for Corporate
Development. He became General Manager of the company’s flexible circuit
division in 1996 after the company acquired Litchfield Precision
Components, a manufacturer of high-technology flexible circuits. In 1998
Mr. Murnane was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, and
in January, 2000, he was named Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Murnane
holds a BS in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MS
in Operations Research from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from
the Harvard Business School.
