Warren L. Robinson

WARREN L. ROBINSON is Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of MDU Resources Group, Inc. He joined MDU
Resources in October 1988 as Manager of Corporate Development and
was named Assistant Treasurer in May 1989, Treasurer and
Assistant Secretary in November 1989, Vice President, Treasurer
and Chief Financial Officer in August 1992 and Executive Vice
President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in May 1999. Mr.
Robinson also serves as the Senior Financial Officer for
Centennial Energy Holdings, Inc., as well as all the companies in
the Centennial family. Mr. Robinson also serves as a Director for
Knife River Corporation, WBI Holdings, Inc., and is a member of
the Management Committee of Montana-Dakota Utilities, Co. Mr.
Robinson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young
University and a Master’s of Business Administration from Boise
State University. He also participated in the Stanford Graduate
School of Business Executive Program for Smaller Companies and
the Harvard Graduate School of Business Executive
Program/Corporate Financial Management.
