WALTER L. JENKINS is Portfolio Manager and Stock Analyst at Amoco
Corporation. Prior to joining Amoco in 1976, Mr. Jenkins was a ‘Wall
Street’ analyst (1959-1969); and a portfolio manager and stock analyst
at National Life of Vermont (1969-1976). He received both his B.A.
degree in Banking and Finance and his M.A. degree in Economics from the
University of Montana. Mr. Jenkins is married with four children. In his
spare time he enjoys running, skiing, fast cars and spending time with
