W. Kerry Jackson

W. KERRY JACKSON serves as the Senior Vice President ‘ Chief Financial
Officer for Shoe Carnival, Inc. He has over 13 years of experience with
Shoe Carnival, having begun his career with the company in May 1988. He
has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September
1996. Prior to September 1996, Mr. Jackson held the position of Vice
President – Controller, Chief Accounting Officer (January 1993) and
Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Shoe Carnival, Mr. Jackson was
associated with a public accounting firm. He is a Certified Public
Accountant. Mr. Jackson graduated from Indiana State University –
Evansville with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
