Vahid Fathi

VAHID FATHI is a Director of ABN-Amro, Inc. Previously, he was
associated with EVEREN Securities and Kemper Securities. Dr. Fathi
earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the South Dakota of
Mines and holds a Doctoral degree in mining engineering from the Henry
Krumb School of Mines, Columbia University. Mr. Fathi is married, has
three children and includes among his personal interests gardening and
cooking.
