Tilman J. Falgout

TILMAN J. ‘SKIP’ FALGOUT III has served as Chairman of the Board of
America’s Car-Mart, Inc., since May 2004, Chief Executive Officer of the
company since May 2002, General Counsel of the company since 1995 and
has been a Director of the company since 1992. From 1995 until May 2002,
Mr. Falgout also served as Executive Vice President of the company. From
1978 through June 1995, Mr. Falgout was a Partner in the law firm of
Stumpf & Falgout in Houston, Texas.
