Steven Durdin

Steven Durdin became President and Chief Executive Officer of Indigo-Energy,
Inc. in October 2007 and has been a Director of the company since December 2008.
After graduating from Rider University with a degree in finance, Mr. Durdin
began his career at Allstate Insurance, where he moved from the ranks of
Associate Agent to Senior Account Agent, and later joined the management team.
Mr. Durdin has pursued other business interests, including projects in real
estate development and the formation of an international trading company in
Panama. He also consulted with small US companies on expansion into
international markets. Mr. Durdin has been involved with Indigo-Energy since its
founding in 2005.
