Steve Toth

STEVE TOTH, JR. is Chairman and CEO of VSI Holdings, Inc. Mr. Toth is a
technology advocate with commitments furthering strategic Internet and
technology-driven developments and investments to benefit VSIH’s focus
on the high-growth areas of edutainment (educational entertainment),
online corporate education and training, e-commerce and integrated
marketing via the Internet. Throughout the past 30 years, Mr. Toth has
demonstrated the ability to anticipate change in the marketing arena
with a variety of forward-thinking, technology-driven marketing
solutions, that have become industry norms. This includes automotive
manufacturer customer rebates, the early development of audience
response system touch pads and long-form cable programming. Mr. Toth
attended Ohio State University of Akron, where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree. Currently he holds a number of positions in the
Metropolitan Detroit community, including the Board of Directors of W.H.
Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI, member of the Board of Trustees of the
Beaumont Foundation and many other charitable and industry associations.
