Steve Filton

STEVE FILTON is the Chief Financial Officer of Universal Health
Services, Inc. (UHS). Prior to becoming CFO, he served as Vice President
and Controller of UHS from November 1991. He was Director of Accounting
and Control at UHS from 1985 to 1991. Before joining UHS, he worked for
six years in the Arthur Andersen audit division. Mr. Filton is a
graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
