STEPHEN T. MADONNA is a Portfolio Manager for Franklin Advisory
Services, LLC. He is a Portfolio Manager of Franklin Large Cap Value
Fund and assists in the management of Franklin Small Cap Value Fund.
Prior to joining Franklin Templeton Investments, Mr. Madonna was an
Analyst for Palisade Capital Management and Standard & Poor’s Equity
Group. Mr. Madonna received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s
University and holds an MBA from Temple University. He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst. Mr. Madonna is a member of the New York Society of
Security Analysts and Financial Analysts of Philadelphia.
