Scott Martin

SCOTT MARTIN serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Martin
Midstream Partners LP and as General Manager, Marine Operations of its
General Partner. Mr. Martin has served in such capacities since June
2002. Mr. Martin has served as a Director of Martin Resource Management
since 1990. He has held a variety of positions in marketing,
transportation, terminalling, finance, operations and business
development with Martin since 1980. Mr. Martin holds a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Administration from the University of
Arkansas, where he is a member of the Walton Business School Advisory
Board.
