Scott Leslie

SCOTT LESLIE is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of FlashNet
Communications, one of the largest Internet service providers in the
U.S., with headquarters located in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served as
President, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary, and as a board
director since the Company’s inception in September 1995. FlashNet,
which grew 8000% its first year in business, recently went public on
NASDAQ and has grown to employ nearly 375 employees. Mr. Leslie, a
native Texan, received a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in
1985. He was recipient of the 1998 Outstanding Young Alumni Award at
SMU and he is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
