Ronald W. Rudolph

RONALD W. RUDOLPH, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of On Assignment, Inc., joined the company in April 1995 as Vice
President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer. In
January 1996 he was promoted to Senior Vice President. In March 2000 he
was appointed Executive Vice President. Before coming to On Assignment,
Mr. Rudolph was associated with Retix in Santa Monica, California as
Vice President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer
from 1987 through 1994. From 1979 to 1987, Mr. Rudolph served several
private Los Angeles-based companies as Chief Financial Officer. Mr.
Rudolph also worked from 1973 to 1979 as a manager of management
advisory services for the Chicago office of Deloitte & Touche before
moving to Los Angeles in 1979. Mr. Rudolph has a Bachelor of Industrial
Engineering degree from Ohio State University and an MBA from the
University of Chicago. Mr. Rudolph is also a Certified Public
Accountant.
