Ron Chan Tze Ngon

Ron Chan Tze Ngon has been CEO of ChinaCast Education Corp. since the company’s
inception in 1999. Mr. Chan previously worked for Unisys China as a Sales
Manager and Strategic Account Manager for Unisys Asia Limited. Thereafter he
joined Unisys Hong Kong Limited as a Sales Director until 1990. Mr. Chan later
joined CL Computer China/Hong Kong Limited as its General Manager prior to
founding Technology Ventures Holdings, an information technology company
currently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan holds Master of
Science degrees in mathematics and computer science, both from Concordia
University in Montreal, Canada.
