Roger L. Howsmon

ROGER L. HOWSMON joined Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., as Senior Vice
President ‘ Housing Division in June 2003. He was promoted to Executive
Vice President in September 2004. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Howsmon was
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Promo Group, Inc., a
holding company specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the
promotional products segment of the advertising industry. Previously, he
was a consultant in private equity markets with Aurora Capital Partners
from 1998 to 2000, and he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
at Sierra Detroit Diesel Allison from 1992 to 1998.
