Robert S. Takazawa

ROBERT S. TAKAZAWA, JR. is a Vice President of CastleArk Management
L.L.C. With 27 years of experience, he presently manages growth style
institutional and mutual fund assets with a large and mid-capitalization
focus. From 1994 to 1999 Mr. Takazawa was a Vice President of Loomis
Sayles Inc. Prior to Loomis Sayles, he was Chief Investment Officer for
Kemper Asset Management Co. From 1974 until 1980, Mr. Takazawa served
as an equity research analyst for Kemper. He is a Chartered Financial
Analyst.
