Robert Kassel

ROBERT KASSEL co-founded U.S. Home & Garden Inc. and has been its
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Treasurer
since October 1990. From 1985-1991, he was a Consultant to Comtel
Communications, Inc., a company specializing in the installation and
operation of telephone systems in hotels. Mr. Kassel was also a real
estate developer in Long Island, New York, and Santa Barbara,
California. From 1965-1985, he was a practicing Attorney in New York
City, specializing in corporate and securities law.
