Robert G. Klimasewski

ROBERT G. KLIMASEWSKI is President and Chief Executive Officer and an
active member of the Board of Directors of Transmation, Inc. Prior to
joining Transmation, Mr. Klimasewski was Chairman of Laser Power Corp.;
Manager of Commercial Products at Tropel, Inc.; Manager of Infrared
Optics at Perkin-Elmer Corp.; and owner of Burleigh Instruments, Inc. He
has a BS and MS degree in Optical Engineering from the University of
Rochester.
