Richard L. Bergmark

RICHARD L. BERGMARK is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
and Treasurer of Core Laboratories NV. Since joining the company in June
1994 he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer until his
promotion to Executive Vice President in July 1999. Previously, he was
employed with Western Atlas, holding positions of Treasurer in Houston
and Manager of Finance and Administration for Western Geophysical in
London, from 1987 to July 1994. He joined Global Marine as Assistant
Treasurer in 1983, and the Gulf Oil Treasury Department in 1977. Mr.
Bergmark is a 1975 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with
a BS degree in Industrial Management. He received his MBA degree from
the University of Oklahoma in 1977. He is also a Certified Public
Accountant in the State of Texas. He is a member of Core Laboratories’
Board of Directors.
