Richard Anderson

RICHARD ANDERSON is Vice President and Senior REIT Equity Analyst with
Maxcor Financial Group. Mr. Anderson joined the company in 2003
following similar positions with Citigroup and PaineWebber, Inc., where
he was a senior member of the top ranked REIT research team, as ranked
by the Institutional Investor annual survey. From 1991 to 1996, Mr.
Anderson was employed by Galaxy Scientific Corporation and served as
Project Manager for several security-related programs on behalf of the
Department of Defense and the Department of Transportation. Mr. Anderson
holds a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of
Maryland and an MBA from Monmouth University.
