Rebecca G. Followill

REBECCA G. FOLLOWILL is an Assistant Vice President of Merrill Lynch.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she was associated with various Tenneco
divisions including Tenneco, Inc., Tenneco Gas Pipeline and Tenneco Oil
Company. A registered Petroleum Engineer in the State of Texas, Ms.
Followill earned her Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from
Texas A&M University and her M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
