Randal Hardy

RANDAL HARDY has been the CEO and CFO of Timberline Resources Corporation since
August 2007. Prior to joining Timberline, he was the President and CFO of
HuntMountain Resources, a public exploration company. Prior to that, Mr. Hardy
was President and CEO of Sunshine Minting, Inc., a precious metals custom
minting and manufacturing firm. He has also served as Treasurer of the NYSE-
listed Sunshine Mining and Refining Company where he participated in raising and
managing over $60 million in debt and equity financing. Mr. Hardy has a Business
Administration degree in Finance from Boise State University and has achieved
certifications as a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Cash
Manager.
