Ralph Block

RALPH BLOCK is the Executive Vice President and Chief REIT Portfolio
Manager at Bay Isle Financial Corp., a San Francisco, California-based
asset management firm with approximately $1 billion under management. He
is also the co-manager of the Undiscovered Managers REIT Fund. Mr. Block
has written two books on REITs and REIT Investing: The Essential REIT
and Investing in REITs. He also authors a weekly online REIT Investment
newsletter. Mr. Block practiced corporate and business law for over 25
years as a senior partner in a Los Angeles law firm. He earned his BA
and JD degrees from UCLA and the UCLA School of Law.
