Rafael Rubio

Rafael Rubio Sr., is Vice President, Engineering, and Chief Technology Officer at New Mexico Software, Inc. He has been at the company since August 1999. In charge of developing new software solutions, Mr. Rubio has led the programming teams that have created nearly all of New Mexico Software’s products. Before New Mexico Software, he worked for several years in semiconductor manufacturing and gas pipeline support. Starting at an early age, Mr. Rubio has been actively involved with software programming for most of his life. He holds a B.S. in physics from New Mexico State University.
