Pierre G. Trinque

PIERRE G. TRINQUE is Chief Operating Officer, Chief Equity Officer and
Senior Managing Director of Riggs Investment Management Corp. He joined
RIMCO in December 2000 with responsibility for all equity research and
strategy, as well as oversight of all equity portfolio management. Mr.
Trinque has over 16 years’ experience in equity research and portfolio
management. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of Equity
Research and Senior Portfolio Manager at Dreyfus Corporation in New York
City, where he was responsible for all research for $16 billion in
equity assets and direct management of the Dreyfus America Fund. Prior
to his position at Dreyfus, Mr. Trinque spent 15 years with the Phoenix
Funds in Hartford, Connecticut. There he was Managing Director and head
of all equity research and portfolio management of $8 billion of equity
assets for mutual funds and institutional clients. He is a former Marine
and attended the University of Arizona.
