Paul Pindar

PAUL PINDAR, Chief Executive is CEO of The Capita Group. Paul is
responsible for managing and developing Capita’s operations to achieve
the Group’s strategic objectives. He has specific responsibility for
managing the Group’s acquisition activity. He was adviser to Capita on
its management buy-out and joined the Group in 1987 from 3i where he was
an investment director. He qualified as a chartered accountant with
Coopers & Lybrand associate member of the Institute of Taxation.
