Patricia Moss

PATRICIA MOSS is the President and CEO of Bank of the Cascades
and Cascade Bancorp, the publicly traded holding company of the
Bank. Ms. Moss has been with the Bank since its opening in 1977
and has held several positions including operations, lending,
branch manager, human resources, Chief Financial Officer and
Chief Operating Officer. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from
Linfield College in Business Administration, is a graduate of the
ABA Commercial Lending School and is a certified Sr. Human
Resource Professional. Ms. Moss has been involved in the central
Oregon community, serving as a Board member for Central Oregon
Community College, a board member and Chairman for St. Charles
Hospital, President of the Bend Chamber of Commerce and several
other various community roles.
