Nessim Mansoor joined Empire Life in 2009 as Portfolio Manager, Equities. He is a member of the Empire Life investment team providing investment management for segregated funds and mutual funds. Mr. Mansoor is responsible for managing the company’s Canadian equity investment portfolios. He is the Lead Manager of the Empire Life Canadian Equity Fund, the Empire Life Premier Equity Fund and comanages the Empire Life Asset Allocation Fund. He is also the Lead Manager of the Empire Life Canadian Equity Mutual Fund. Before joining Empire Life, Mr. Mansoor worked at CIBC Global Asset Management as Vice President, Canadian Equities. His professional experience also includes senior positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Canada, where he specialized in business management and investment due diligence, and Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in financial services companies. Mr. Mansoor is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he earned his bachelor of commerce. He is also a Chartered Accountant and has a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
