Michael J. Janosco

MICHAEL J. JANOSCO JR. has served as the Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Westfield Bank since 1999. Mr. Janosco was previously a
partner at KPMG Peat Marwick until his retirement in 1994. From 1994 to
1997, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Primary
Bank, located in Peterborough, New Hampshire.
