Michael E. Johnson

MICHAEL E. JOHNSON is President and CEO of Esenjay Exploration, Inc., a
publicly traded company created by combining partial assets of Esenjay
Petroleum Corporation with two other companies, Aspect Management and
Frontier Natural Gas. Prior to joining Esenjay, Mr. Johnson worked for
Atlantic Richfield Co. in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mr. Johnson
graduated from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, LA,
with a BS in Engineering.
