Mark Weinstein

MARK WEINSTEIN is the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. He has the overall responsibility
for building and developing the activities of this publicly
traded company. The company has been profitable for the last nine
quarters and revenue growth has averaged over 50% per year for
the past three years. He brings invaluable leadership experience
in operations, technology and finance. Prior to joining Bio-
Imaging Technologies, Mr. Weinstein was President and Chief
Operating Officer with Medical Economics Company where he
directed all of the international activities from 1994-1996.
Joining Medical Economics in 1991 as a Vice President, he started
out managing the activities of one location and went on to
oversee all remote-operating units within the United States.
Prior to 1991, Mr. Weinstein held numerous management positions
in operations and consulting with Ecological Systems, PRC Realty
Systems and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Weinstein graduated from the
University of Virginia with a Bachelors’ degree in Economics. He
went on to earn his MBA from the College of William and Mary.
