Mark P. Bronzo

MARK P. BRONZO is currently Chairman, President and CEO of the GAMNA
Series Funds Inc. and Senior Vice President, Managing Director and Board
Member of Groupama Asset Management N.A. Mr. Bronzo’s primary
responsibility is the management of the large cap equity portfolio for
Groupama Asset Management and its clients. He previously served as Chief
Investment Officer of Sorema N.A. Holding Corporation, Director and Vice
President of Fulcrum Insurance Company and Vice President of C&C
Consultants, Inc. From 1983-1989, Mr. Bronzo worked at General
Reinsurance Corporation where he was an Assistant Secretary from
1987-1989 and Assistant Portfolio Manager from 1986-1989. He earned an
MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from
Boston College. Mr. Bronzo is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has been
featured on CNBC’s ‘Taking Stock’ and on Bloomberg Television.
