Mark A. Schroeder

Mark A. Schroeder, Chairman and CEO of German American Bancorp, Inc., has over 30 years’ experience in the banking industry. Mr. Schroeder graduated from the University of Evansville with a B.S. in financial management, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served in various positions with German American Bancorp/German American Bank, including Head of Lending, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Schroeder sits on a number of civic and governmental boards of directors, including the ICBA Bancard and the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions.
