MARK A. OLIVER has been President, Chief Investment Officer and
Treasurer of Citizens, Inc. since February 2004. He has been President
and Vice Chairman of Citizens’ affiliates since February 1999. He was
President of Citizens, Inc., and its affiliates from March 1997 to
February 1999; Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer,
Secretary and Treasurer of Citizens, Inc., and its affiliates from 1990
to 1997; Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Citizens, Inc., and
its affiliates from 1988 to 1990; Treasurer and Controller of Citizens,
Inc., and its affiliates from 1984 to 1988.
