Mark A. Dwelle

MARK A. DWELLE is a Vice President and Equity Analyst with Ferris, Baker
Watts. Before joining the firm in January 2001, he was a Manager of
Corporate Development for the Pittston Company and an Audit Manager at
PriceWaterhouse. Mr. Dwelle earned a BS degree in Accounting from the
University of Richmond and an MBA degree from the London Business
School. He has held the CFA designation since 2000.
